The full-length Guidance LineTM in the shoe also promotes a more efficient run, encouraging optimum foot positioning from landing through to take off. The midsole has also been lowered to give a more natural run, meaning you are closer to the ground, making the shoe more responsive. Along with this, to help with responsiveness also, the heel has been dropped by 10mm.
